Our modern equipped factories are centred around latest quality process techniques, driven by Trojan Manufacturing System controlling state of the art CNC / cad cam manufacturing facilities.

First Components have over 20 years experience in the engineering sector, predominantly supplying components to automotive, aerospace and electronic industries.

Our processing capabilities include pressing, cnc milling, cnc turning, wire erosion, wire cutting and forming all backed by our cad cam software allowing the production of precision components in a wide variety of materials such as aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, stainless steel, specialised steels, graphite, plastics and nylons for a variety of industries to include automotive and aerospace industries as well as precision general engineering.
